Room Rate - $120 - $130/night + applicable taxes

Motel Policy

The Rhinebeck Motel is a non-smoking property. No smoking is allowed inside the building. Please be considerate of the health, safety and comfort of all our guests. Exercise caution when smoking outside and avoid allowing smoke into the rooms or into the air conditioning / heating units.

Free parking is available to all our overnight guests.

No pets allowed.

We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning.

No cash is accepted onsite.

Please be sure to thoroughly check your room for items that are of value to you prior to your departure. Items left behind and requested to be mailed will incur a charge for mailing.

Damaged or missing items from rooms post check out will be charged to your credit card on file. These include but are not limited to remote controls, linens, pillows, etc. Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.

Payment Policy

Our rates are based on double occupancy. Applicable taxes include New York State sales tax of 8.125% and Dutchess County Hotel Occupancy Tax of 4%. Direct reservations are confirmed by payment of your 1st night in the case of a one or two night stay OR 50% of your total stay for three or more nights. Payment in full is required two weeks prior to check in. You will be contacted in advance of credit card processing of second payment.

Cancellation Policy

As a small independent business, cancellations affect us greatly. Cancellations made 2 weeks or more in advance of the stay will be refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks in advance of the stay will be charged for the 1st night unless the room is rented by another guest.

Please be sure to acquire trip insurance in the event of unexpected emergencies since we are not able to make an exception to this policy.
